PIERCINGS

My inner fourteen year old decided I wanted to get two new piercings today, I'd completely forgotten having to rest your hands on your pillow like JayZ to avoid pain.

Monday

DISSERTATION

Doing my dissertation reduced the only pleasure looking at/reading about Schiele to the great colours highlighters make when they overlap. Hopefully the Schiele-fatigue will go soon because at the moment he conjures up panic, clammy fists and a painful embarrassment at my overuse of the word 'jahrhundertwende'.

Saturday

MINI BAGS

Great gingham/tartan rucksacks that kind of feel like picnic blankets.
Josie's above, Daisy with my favourite NafNaf one I got in a furniture shop in Manchester below.

DOT

Dot Cotton is by far the best dressed Eastender. Always such crisp shirts, sometimes amazing patterns and look at that great cross outside the shirt with pastel skirt suit for her sadly thwarted trip to the Ritz. She makes me worry that all women of a certain age sit around listening to Patsy Cline looking wistfully into their sherry.
